The most recent amendments to the Master Plan were approved by Pilsen City Council Resolution No. 530 of September 16, 2010. These were Master Plan amendments no. 818-1078, i.e. changes to functional use, public works and the text section. In addition, changes to the Master Plan discussed in emergency proceedings were also approved. These amendments were issued through general measures in accordance with valid legislation.  

• No. 569 Skvrňany – Křimická Sporting Grounds - The approved change is shown in the current version of Map I - Functional Use of Zones.
• No. 677 Civic amenity space at Vinice - The approved change is shown in the current version of Map I - Functional Use of Zones.
• No. 674 Švabiny, residential development space  - The general measure through which Master Plan amendment no. 674 Plzeň - Švabiny was issued, was annulled by the Supreme Administrative Court of the Czech Republic in 2009 in ruling no. 4Ao 3/2009-96.
• No. 678 – U Zvonu site
• No. 679 – Premises of the Malostranská Waterworks, Museum of Historical Vehicles 
• No. 811 – Pilsen, Green Triangle – South

The amendments discussed in emergency proceedings are currently in the draft and discussion process.  

• No. 676 – Expansion of the Zoo and Botanical Garden in Pilsen
• No. 810 – Premises of AVE CZ odpadové hospodářství s. r. o. (waste management)
