The Master Plan of the City of Pilsen defines stabilized zones and proposal zones. Detailed regional planning documentation and regional planning source materials are drawn up for proposal and redevelopment zones. In stabilized zones, regional planning source materials, usually in the form of regulatory conditions, are drawn up for the development or redevelopment of certain smaller areas, e.g. for the development of vacant lots.
These documents are drawn up under Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on Regional Planning and the Building Code (Construction Act), as well as Decree No. 500/2006 Coll., on Regional Analytical Source Materials and Regional Planning Documentation and on the Methods of Maintaining Regional Planning Documentation, and also under Sections 11b, c and e of Part No. 5 in Decree No. 9/1995 of the Chartered City of Pilsen, on the Binding Parts of the Master Plan of the City of Pilsen, as amended.
Detailed regional planning source materials have been drawn up for all the development zones, usually in the form of urban planning studies drawn up under the regulatory plan concept or land studies. General information on the current regional planning documentation and source materials available to the Urban Planning and Development Institute of the City of Pilsen are given in the summary of current documentation which contain text and graphics sections.
Regional planning documentation and regional planning source materials are stored at the Urban Planning and Development Institute of the City of Pilsen and can be viewed there by anyone interested in doing so.
