The Implementation Plan is a basic instrument for implementing the Pilsen Development Programme for a one-year period. Its purpose is to collect and describe development projects which will be implemented in a given year, thus facilitating efficient management and control over realizing the Programme. Implementation Plans contain development projects in priority areas and are created on the basis of discussions with the authors of individual projects.
Due to the change that the new methodology for preparing Implementation Plans brought, the Implementation Plan for 2007 was not approved. In June of 2007, the proposed Implementation Plan for 2008 was approved as the basis for creating the Pilsen municipal budget. The Implementation Plan for 2008 was approved in its final form in Pilsen City Council resolution no. 653 on 13 December 2007.
The Implementation Plan for 2009 started to be prepared in the first two quarters of 2008, and was approved in June 2008. The Implementation Plan for 2009 was approved in its final form in Pilsen City Council resolution no. 709 on 11 December 2008.
