The final document of the Pilsen Development Programme was created in 2003. This document contains the conclusions from the analytical and proposal sections of the Pilsen Development Programme and defines further steps for meeting the goals and implementing the measures set out in the Programme and for realizing the vision for the city’s development.

To present the vision of the city’s development and its goals, the “Pilsen Development Programme 2004” was published. In addition to this vision, the publication also provides information on today’s Pilsen and ideas about the future Pilsen.

Implementation reports are drawn up each year and inform on the realisation of projects defined in Implementation Plans for the given year.

In the course of 2007, the “Change of the Method for Implementing the Pilsen Development Programme” methodology was created. This methodology defines a new method for preparing and approving the Implementation Plans in relation to the preparation of city budgets.
