To formulate these, intimate knowledge of all aspects of city life, future development trends and forecasts for future growth are essential. Individual specialised studios formulate the corresponding sector analyses, prepare documents for other specialised municipal offices or outside contractors. We use this documentation not just for our further work, but it also represents an important basis for decisions taken by the municipal administration and city leadership.
